Margie Rea is a licensed condominium manager with over two decades of experience at Babcock and Robinson Inc. During her tenure, she has transitioned from managing rental properties for landlords to specializing exclusively in condominium management. Margie had the privilege of working closely with the company’s founder, Robert Babcock, who mentored her and helped shape her expertise in the industry. Her deep knowledge and commitment to her clients have made her a trusted leader in the field of condominium management.

Paige Ivory has been with Babcock and Robinson Inc. since October 2021, specializing in condominium management. With over three years of experience under Margie Rea, she recently obtained her General License Condominium Manager certification from CMRAO after completing courses at Humber College. Paige’s passion for her work drives her to grow, refine her skills, and provide exceptional service in condominium management.

Bob Babcock was the heart and visionary behind Babcock and Robinson Inc., a company that proudly celebrated over 40 years of excellence in residential and condominium property management in the Peterborough area. A devoted family man, an inspiring mentor, a thoughtful leader, and a loyal friend, Bob touched countless lives with his kindness, integrity, and unmatched expertise.
He built a legacy rooted in trust and service, always eager to share his wisdom and help others succeed. Though his passing marks the end of a remarkable life, his spirit and values continue to live on through his daughter Bethann, who now leads the business, and Margie Rea, a trusted colleague and dear friend for many years. Bob Babcock will always be remembered as a true legend and a cherished part of the community.
