Their efforts on our behalf, ensuring that the complex is well maintained and costs are held in check. As such we have found that The Westwind is a highly sought after condominium to purchase and live in. Current and new projects and suppliers are well researched and checked to make sure we are getting value for money spent. We are pleased that our building is property maintained, the budget is reasonable and the monthly maintenance fee kept a very reasonable level.
