Co-signer verification for added security if needed.
Tenancy searches including Open Room, Rent Check and social media platform reviews to build a complete profile.
Applicant Selection
Receive a detailed tenant report outlining the approved applicant(s).
Maintain control with the final approval decision resting in your hands.
Lease Preparation
Collect the last month’s rent from the approved tenant(s), deduct our fee, and send you the remaining balance.
Draft a lease agreement, including addendums such as:
Content and liability insurance requirements
Lawn and snow care responsibilities
Parking and vehicle regulations
Share the lease with you for review and approval before it’s signed.
Move-In Preparation
Verify the transfer of utility accounts (heat, hydro, water/sewer) into the tenant(s)’ names.
Confirm that content and liability insurance coverage is in place.
Provide you with a fully signed and endorsed lease for your records.
Receive prompt rental income payment via e-Transfer or cheque.
